Bathrooms:

• Clean and disinfect tile walls, bathtubs, showers, shower doors, vanities, sinks, toilets and floors.  Shine mirrors and chrome fixtures.  General dusting and cobweb removal.

Kitchen and Eating Areas:

• General dusting and cobweb removal.  Clean outside of range hood, top and front of range, fronts of other appliances.  Wipe out microwave.  Sweep and mop floors, and hand-wipe all accessible counters.

Sleeping & Living Areas:

• Cloth dust all wood areas, knick-knacks, pictures, ceiling fans, window sills and ledges, and door frames.  Vacuum empty closet floors, stairs, readily accessible floors, and remove cobwebs.

We wipe down all surfaces.  All walls, light fixtures, surfaces, drawers, and cabinets will be carefully cleaned and inspected on all levels of the home.  We use only superior cleaning products, non-hazardous, and products containing no die will be used.

In addition to standard cleaning expected on a jobsite, Olde English will provide more comprehensive cleaning services, including:

• Label removal on windows and appliances
• Dusting all walls and ceiling fans
• Clean light fixtures and light bulbs
• Vacuum heating vents
• Inspect and clean doors and door frames

We also offer to provide other "non-customary" service, including:

• Cleaning over spray painting, etc.
• Tile grout residue on walls or base
• Flooring adhesive or other unusual building materials

• Final walk-through to ensure all lights are turned off and items are returned to their location
